In this episode, Helen Stewart of the Curious Handmade Podcast, and designer of so many beautiful items on Ravelry, joins us for a chat. It is no secret that Gayle and I are fans of Helen's beautiful shawls and accessories, and we are thrilled to welcome her as a guest on the podcast. We hope you enjoy hearing about Helen's design process, her patterns, and what we will see in the current Shawl Society 2 release. Thank-you Helen, for being a friend of The Yarniacs!

Episode 142 - Stalking all the shawls
This week Gayle and I record outside again. It was too gorgeous of a day to sit indoors, so there is some ambient wind noises as we sit at the harbor. It was a beautiful day and a lovely setting to start the discussion about our annual Pantone Colors of Fall Knit-a-long. This is our most popular KAL and so fun to see everyone's Fall looks, garments, and accessories. We also continue our discussion of knitting and wearing shawls in the summer. If you want to participate in the discussion, join us in our Ravelry group here.
