Episode 84 - Knit the stash

This week, in keeping with the "love the yarn you own" movement in our Ravelry group, Gayle and I talk stash. This week we focus on how we feel about our stashes and stashing in general. A well-curated stash that we are happy to own is important to every knitter and crocheter. Is something about your stash making you unhappy? Too much of one type of yarn, too little of your favorite color? Not enough yarn or too much? Now is the time to take inventory and think about what makes you a happy stasher, what doesn't, and how to move toward owning and curating a happy stash that brings you joy. If you need ideas and support, come over to our Ravelry discussion group and join in. We'd love to see you there!

Episode 83 - It's all about the yarn!

This episode we share some of our experiences, observations, purchases and sights from the StitchesWest 2015 expo. It was fun, educational, entertaining and exhausting. You'll be hearing about some of the new yarns as they become works-in-progress.

Please welcome Robbie (aka Photoknitgal) as a moderator to our Ravelry group. Both Gayle and I have days when we can't get to Ravelry to check out the group discussions. Now Robbie will be there if anything comes up and Gayle and I are away from the computer. Robbie was also the initiator (instigator?) of the current Stash-Down Challenge reminding all of us to love the yarn we own! Thanks Robbie!
